The Lamdong Trail website is designed to provide detailed information about the Lamdong Trail event, including routes, distances, athlete information, guidelines, and regulations related to the event. The website does not function as a direct ticket sales platform; registration for participation in the event will be conducted through partner ticket sales platforms.

2. General Principles:

• The Lamdong Trail website is committed to providing accurate, transparent information and supporting users in accessing relevant event details.
• Visitors to the website must comply with the rules and terms published herein.
• Accessing and using the website signifies the user's acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth by the Organizing Committee (OC).

II. GENERAL REGULATIONS

1. Website Domain Name:

2. General Definitions:

• Organizing Committee (OC): The entity responsible for organizing the Lamdong Trail event, managing and operating the website.
• Users: Individuals/organizations accessing the website to seek information about the event or participate in related activities.
• Ticketing Partners: Authorized online registration platforms by the OC, including ActiUp, iRace, GreenPin, WorldMarathon.
• Provided Information: Includes details on routes, distances, regulations, announcements, and related event guidelines.

III. TRANSACTION PROCESS

1. Process for Buyers/Customers:

• Users access the website to explore detailed information about the event.
• If they wish to purchase tickets, users will be redirected to partner ticketing platforms (ActiUp, iRace).
• On these platforms, users complete the registration process according to the instructions provided by each platform.

2. Ticket Cancellation Policy:

• Athletes when completing registration procedures, attendance fees are not repaid in any way if athletes cannot participate.
  
• In the case of the Organizing Committee (BTC) find that the track is not safe enough (such as due to weather conditions: heavy rain, large winds, landslides, natural disasters), the organizers can fully pay Reminding the change of run, finding a shorter alternative route, moving or canceling the entire event. Attendance fee will not be refunded or depending on the actual situation, the organizers will have the most optimal policy for athletes.
