1. Team Leader: Rights and Responsibilities

Team Leader Benefits- Work in a dynamic and professional setting.
- Enhance soft skills and gain comprehensive knowledge through training sessions.
- Receive an Electronic Certificate (E-Certificate) upon successful completion of duties. Electronic certificates are used to minimize paper waste and protect the environment.
- Provided with volunteer accident insurance during event support days.
- Opportunities to share, learn, and explore new life perspectives from fellow volunteers and event experts.

Requirements- Previous experience in volunteer activities.
- Good English communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Confident speaking in front of crowds.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Full attendance at all event training sessions.
Responsibilities- Participate in all training activities organized by the Organizing Committee (OC).
- Contact and connect with volunteers within your assigned group.
- Manage volunteers in designated areas. Report and update the status to the Head of Volunteers or the OC.
- Distribute event benefits to volunteers according to the timeline set by the OC.
